I bought this from Singapore and it get delivered promptly and safely to my family in Malaysia. I enjoyed placing order from FlowerChimp to boost a great day of my loved one on their special occassion moment. This ice-cream cake is great too! Everything was amazing

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order. Despite placing the order 4 days in advance, I was only informed a few hours before the scheduled delivery that the cake I had selected was out of stock.

Furthermore, the replacement cake provided did not meet the quality of the original item I had ordered. Had I been informed earlier about the unavailability, I would have appreciated the opportunity to choose a more suitable alternative.

Being notified just 2–3 hours before delivery left me with no reasonable option but to accept a substitute that I find to be of significantly lower quality. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope you will take steps to improve your communication and service in the future.

The ice cream itself is excellent—no complaints there. However, the delivery was late, which was really disappointing. We were planning a birthday surprise and timed everything around the ice cream’s arrival. Unfortunately, it didn’t show up on time, which spoiled the moment and was quite embarrassing in front of the guests.
